We bought our second car from Mel and was really happy to work with him again. He really goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your new vehicle, and he is very knowledgable about the car you ar work with him again. Very happy with our semi-unplanned purchase! We went to test drive this vehicle, knowing that we'd be purchasing soon but not necessarily today. First, the value couldn't be beat - for the price of a mid-range new model, we got a fully loaded "used" one that's in amazing shape. Add on FT's partnership with Subaru for the warranties and their own servicing center... it was meant to be. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with, especially considering we spent half the time chasing after our very curious toddler. Thank you for making this such an easy decision! More
