He was very transparent every step along the way, especially with the cost breakdown for every decision I made. He made sure that every box I had was checked and that I was getting into a vehicle that really solved my needs. He even went the extra mile and helped me sort out some paperwork to ensure my trade in went smoothly by driving me to a local dmv service provider. Definitely a world class salesman and professional. I may be sad to see my Mazda3 go, but I’m more than excited to walk away with my new CX-50 that can support my growing family. Vanessa was great from beginning to end. I called the dealership about a car I was interested in and she was knowledgeable, helpful, and overall very pleasant to deal with. She stayed after I called the dealership about a car I was interested in and she was knowledgeable, helpful, and overall very pleasant to deal with. She stayed after closing to send me a detailed video of the car I was interested in as well as went into detail about any concerns I had. Although she was scheduled to be off the next day, she worked with me throughout the day and came in to ensure we had a smooth process. I loved that I never felt pressured or forced into any decisions. She even offered to deliver the vehicle to our home two and a half hours away! Do yourself a favor and give Vanessa a call. More
