Mike Daniels was great to deal with. He was prompt and always answered his phone. I never met anyone there but the truck was great and the amount of communication was refreshing. always answered his phone. I would like to express some concerns on how I was treated at your dealership. I purchased my vehicle right before closing time on Saturday and was rushed through signing paperwork which I was told I treated at your dealership. I purchased my vehicle right before closing time on Saturday and was rushed through signing paperwork which I was told I would receive a copy of from my sales representative but never did. I was also told on Saturday by my sales person to come back on Monday to have my car cleaned and detailed since that department had already left for the day. The man who sold me my car also had me sign a vehicle checklist which he said he would go over with me when I came to get my car cleaned Monday. So you can understand how excited I was on Monday when I got off work because I knew I would be getting some of the perks I had missed out on Saturday afternoon. However when I got to the dealership on Monday afternoon I was extremely disappointed. I was approached by my sales person who was already letting me know he was in the process of helping another person get a car so he could not help me as previously discussed. He took my keys gave it to another man who then took it to the area for it to be detailed and cleaned. It was only maybe 10 minutes later and I was brought back my keys. The other nice gentleman who took my car to get it cleaned even commented on how surprised he was that it was already ready. I was not shown where they had left my car or anything. When I finally found my car and checked it out, nothing (inside or outside) had been cleaned. When I complained and told my sales person that it didn’t look like anything had been done he said that they must have rushed because it was raining outside. He then had it taken back again and again when it came back the outside looked like nothing had been done but by that time I had to leave because I had another appointment to get to. I was also disappointed that when I asked my sales person if he was going to go over any of the features my new car had he told me to just look at the app he had installed on my phone right before I left Saturday. He said it was all there. However I took a picture of paperwork he had me sign and it said that the sales person usually goes over aspects of the car which I was expecting since I haven’t bought a new car since 2004 and everything has changed since then. I am sure I will be able to google and figure out most of the new things. I just didn’t feel very appreciated as a customer and my excitement at getting a new car from your dealership was dimmed by those experiences. I was walking around the show room so confused because it had only been my second time in there and I really didn’t know what was going on. More
