We put our van in for a mandatory recall. We confirmed with the dealership, prior to putting the car in that the recall would be performed and taken care of. We told the dealer we needed a re We confirmed with the dealership, prior to putting the car in that the recall would be performed and taken care of. We told the dealer we needed a rental car and they agreed to pay. The dealer called and said they needed more time with the van because they wanted to put a new windshield in. We agreed to that. The dealership approved the additional rental car time with Hertz. Instead of doing the recall work, CDJR of Leesburg performed a $ 314.00 oil change, air filter, and tire rotation. I felt like the dealership did a bait and switch on us. They promised to perform the recall work on the van but instead did NOT perform the recall work and charged us for a very expensive oil change and air filter. When we went to drop the rental vehicle off at Hertz, Hertz told us the dealerhsip DID NOT authorize additional days and wanted us to pay for the extra days. We had to spend a lot of extra time at Hertz to get the matter straightend out. The dealership told us they did NOT have the recall part in stock. When we put the van in for service, however, they told us they DID have the recalled part and would be performing the recall work. We are VERY DISSATISFIED WITH CDJR OF LEESBURG. More

Jose Valdes went above and beyond trying to help me with my 2021 Ram. Ram corporate wouldn't help me with my warranty claim for the typical Ram 1500 rear window leak so Jose continued on working for a solu my 2021 Ram. Ram corporate wouldn't help me with my warranty claim for the typical Ram 1500 rear window leak so Jose continued on working for a solution to my problem. The next day a glass company arrived at my place of employment and removed and completely re sealed my back window for a very reasonable price. Bottom line, Jose helped me get my truck fixed. More

I stopped in to get an estimate on tires for my Durango. Carlos showed me quite a few options for tires and I decided on a set of four which needed to be ordered. Carlos gave me the quote and stated that Carlos showed me quite a few options for tires and I decided on a set of four which needed to be ordered. Carlos gave me the quote and stated that if I could find them elsewhere cheaper that they would price match them. Carlos gave me an appointment that was convenient for me. I did check the prices at other tire distributors while I was waiting and the price was only within a couple of dollars but the package the dealership offered was much better. All said and done, Carlos had me in and out in no time with a bill that was even less than the original quote. Carlos and CDJR of Leesburg did an amazing job. The Durango drives like a new vehicle. More
