The dealership has always been wonderful to deal with. Whether I’m speaking to a mechanic, service advisor, or someone on the phone, they are always polite & professional. I have a twenty year old Dodge Ram 2500 truck (2005), & it’s still a beauty because of the dealership. They have been a blessing to me. I even joke with them about me being a poster child for Dodge especially since my last name is Dodge. I love my truck and it’s going to go another 20 years with the help of the dealership. Tiffany, Ashley, David, Jeff, et cetera are all awesome. It’s also comforting to know there is a diesel mechanic to work on my truck. I would go no where else unless a problem when traveling. But before I do a road trip, they always give my truck a thorough checkup so I’ll be safe on my trip. I feel like they’re family. Thank you!!!!!! More

This dealership and this service manager are nothing but liars! Told us we needed to replace our entire fuel system ($32k) because of fuel contamination! We took it to a certified diesel mechanic, they test liars! Told us we needed to replace our entire fuel system ($32k) because of fuel contamination! We took it to a certified diesel mechanic, they tested the fuel it was fine! The thermostat was getting partially stuck open, which should have been covered under their warranty! Now they refuse to refund us our pre purchased oil changes. Everyone at this place is rude and refuses to help customers AFTER they sale you a vehicle! More

Poor communication skills, they left my truck in the back lot while the service person Jose went on vacation, when I called the other employees Juan and Carlos just lied and told me the repairs were being do lot while the service person Jose went on vacation, when I called the other employees Juan and Carlos just lied and told me the repairs were being done and would be completed by Monday on Tuesday they still had not done any repairs 4 days later, after 2and a half weeks they started the repairs which only took 3 day this visit took 3 weeks due to all the lies and the service advisor Jose going on vacation and leaving my vehicle in the back lot More
