We are older adults and have bought a number of cars throughout the years. Our experience of buying our latest car at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise has been truly exceptional. In large part, this is throughout the years. Our experience of buying our latest car at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise has been truly exceptional. In large part, this is because of our salesperson, Dave Castillo. He is highly knowledgeable, professional in all of his interactions, and extremely customer focused. We were stuck in Maine during the Covid-19 situation, but would be returning to AZ when the quarantine was lifted. We checked prices of cars in the New England area and in the Phoenix area, and Dave had the best price point of all. We purchased our car long distance, and Dave ensured all details were accounted for. He called me numerous times, and also returned my calls on his days off When necessary. Dave made all the difference for us. I can’t say enough about his effectiveness, customer focus and integrity. This was a 10/10 experience for sure! More

David was great to work with. We came to a price before I arrived onsite and after a test drive we finalized everything quickly and for the previously agreed upon price with no games.
