Great at point of Sale Andra great at Point of sale, knows product , friendly, however after sale follow up & ease of getting through to her on phone bad . Had to leave multiple msg to get call back on two concerns . One a scratch on car was just handled , thanks . Our good friends loved our new x3 & said we want one , I said because of poor after sale follow-up go else where or get another sales person at Kuni , they paid cash and bought in Portland. Just shows need to love customers after sale , Sorry , we love x3 & your Service dept. More

Superb service on my X5 I could not be happier with the service department. My X5 was in for its second oil change. They called me and said they found a factory defect in my I could not be happier with the service department. My X5 was in for its second oil change. They called me and said they found a factory defect in my transmission and it was not repairable. They replaced the transmission and I had no idea anything was wrong with it. More

Return for second wash pump replacement. Initial pump replaced 1/15 for washer fluid leak. Discovered new leak last week and Kuni technician determined new pump was defective and had cracked.
