Well, im so excited to lease a 2026 330i BMW. From the minute I walked thru the front doors of Sarasota BMW I was greeted with smiles. I new exactly what I wanted. I have purchased many private vehicles that have spanned almost every type/segment and price point. Ms. Adrianna Trapani was, by far, the best, most professional sales associate I’ve had. She was responsiv almost every type/segment and price point. Ms. Adrianna Trapani was, by far, the best, most professional sales associate I’ve had. She was responsive, kept me informed, and was diligent in getting me answers to my questions even when she needed to dig them up from other sources (e.g., technical information on an aftermarket exhaust system that was installed on the car). She has tremendous upside and BMW would do well to explicitly identify her potential (let her know that you know, management and leadership training, quick promotions when warranted, etc.) to solidify her commitment to the company and more importantly BMW’s commitment to her. We all know that talent moves so it’s important to identify and retain the “stars” early or risk losing them. I took away one star due to the financing process. While I understand that dealerships have large margins on the various add-ons pushed during this part of the process I have very limited patience with hard selling. Getting told things like I would be the rare exception if I didn’t buy one of the presented offers (AKA I’m not being smart if I decline to buy) and being given exaggerated costs for things that would come out of my pocket if I didn’t purchase one of the extended warranties or services (AKA using financial scare tactics) really took a lot of the excitement and happiness from the day. A second thing about the financial process was that the initial down payment I paid somehow didn’t make it to the final invoice. I caught the omission and when the finance person looked into it he saw it was recorded in your system, but “somehow” didn’t make it to the sales paperwork which, to say the least, surprised and confounded me. I’ve filed this away as an honest mistake, but I can’t help but think about how much money similarly may have been mistakenly left out or left off of the final paperwork. More

The first red flag was my appointment was given to Marino L because he was new and needed someone to practice on. The whole time I was completely taken advantage of it was because I obviously wasn't very kno L because he was new and needed someone to practice on. The whole time I was completely taken advantage of it was because I obviously wasn't very knowledgeable, and confident with cars. I was extremely overcharged, and to make matters even worse, the car they sold me was in bad shape. The car I bought has no Hood Prop. There was a mysterious white spray all over everything under the hood as well. The windshield fluid was empty, and the windshield wipers are old and need replacements. There's so much corrosion and rust on the metals under the hood, like the battery. The radiator hose is in bad shape and dry rotted. Coolant was empty. The break fluid was empty. The tire they filled up that I was told was just low, had a nail in it, and it needs to be replaced. The interior of car was filthy, and there was an empty spray can rolling around in my trunk. I’m so disgusted and insulted. David F the business manager handled the final paperwork, and when I was in the office flew past things, and didn't really explain much. I apparently signed up for GAP insurance which was mentioned that I didn’t want. That was another $1,500 on top of everything. I found out about the GAP insurance before I left, and was looking over the paperwork. He canceled it, but it was too soon for it to go through. I followed up with emails to David F twice and he completely ignored me, and so I had to handle the cancellation myself. More
