Answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at. Him and David Flores made this deal happen! They are the reason we continue to do business with Carl Burger’s. They both are very good in being personal with the customer and show phenomenal interpersonal skills. He did a fantastic job by suggesting a truck that I was not necessarily looking into, but that met my needs and provided a fantastic value. Christian worked with me through the process of purchasing the truck, as well as helping with my trade-in. Christian was knowledgeable, professional, and communicative, while giving me time to arrive at a decision without pressure, which made the experience a real pleasure. David Flores was extremely helpful with the final transaction. Amazing customer service. I brought my vehicle in for service early in the morning and decided to take a look on the lot to see of i was interested in another vehicle to trade I brought my vehicle in for service early in the morning and decided to take a look on the lot to see of i was interested in another vehicle to trade mine in for and Christian Rincon was on top of it. He didnt come off pushy to make a sale and he wasnt rude like alot of car salesmen. I was in a difficult situation financially with my trade in and he did everything he could to vet me in the new vehicle along with a guy named Dave. These two were amazing. They dropped the price of the new car by thousands for me just to get me in it. The car payment is a bit high but that is what happens when you have so much negative equity rolled over so thats not their fault. I truly believe that they did all they could to get me the best payment. Thanks again guys. More
