As the day went by it became more obvious that the better move was to lease a brand new car with the help of Victor Hernandez and David Flores. Couldn't have expected a better turn out as they did all they can to find the best deal for me and I might say that I am very satisfied with the turn out. They helped explain everything and I'd definitely refer them to all my friends and family in the future. So ask for victor when you decide to come around to buying a new car. If it wasn't rated by stars id definitely give them a 10/10. More

Fair trade in value We originally visited carlburger because we found a used truck online we wanted, called, they said it was available. Went to look at it about an hour later and it was already sold... Joe, the man who met us when we arrived felt terrible and was more upset than we were. He showed us some similar trucks and then ended up helping us get an exceptional deal on a new 2500. He was a huge help and I am extremely happy he was the one that we met after we arrived! David and Joe accepted our "exotic" tade in (custom motorcycle) with open arms and made everything up front and simply stated. The follow up phone calls making sure we were happy really tipped the scale to 5 stars. More

Great deal and excellent customer service!! I went in to purchase a new 2015 Ram Laramie 1500. I was a hard xxx about the price I was willing to pay (because I had a set amount I qualified for) I went in to purchase a new 2015 Ram Laramie 1500. I was a hard xxx about the price I was willing to pay (because I had a set amount I qualified for) and Abelardo Jerez and David Flores did the best they could! I shopped around and nobody would match their deal. Normally dealers love to take someone else's business once a set offer is on the table, but this one was truly amazing! When I came back a few days later to complete the deal, Christian Rincon helped finish out the deal, picking up where I had left off (not making me try to renegotiate the deal all over again even though David and Abelardo were off of work that day). I went to financing next where Fernando Vidana helped make sense of the odd way my financer (family member who is very difficult to deal with in these situations) wanted to have everything documented. Even after the deal was done, Fernando Guzman walked me through all of the new features of my new Ram. He was absolutely helpful and an asset to the dealership in my opinion. Thanks again for everything! My experience was great and I purchase cars about every two years, so I have plenty of experience at different dealerships. I will definitely return here for my next purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking! More
