My previous experience with this dealership, that is, positive, brought me back. I was not disappointed with this experience either. The sales rep Bashar (Bob) Nemri was informative, exerted absolutely zero pressure, was patient in explaining the process and exactly what to expect. The only negative about the whole experience was during time spent with the finance individual. His mood turned quickly after I repeatedly told him I was not interested in and did not want add on packages. The awkwardness in the room was palpable. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. More

We found the perfect vehicle, however it turned out Ford Motor Credit simply wanted to see mine and my husbands income combined to ensure we could afford the vehicle (we can). There was a little miscommunication about a down payment but nothing too horrible. The only problem I had was that I was told that if I picked up the vehicle on the Friday I picked it up on, they would move my vehicle to front of the line on the small hail damage repair from the storms a week ago. I was told I would have to come back to have an appointment for repairs. I have been finding small dents sobI want to make sure the vehicle I am spending 50k on is in perfect condition. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. More

Certified Pre-Owned. Certified Quality Saleman! I submitted an internet inquiry for a specific vehicle. Melvin emailed me very quickly and offered to hold the vehicle while I drove an hour to get th I submitted an internet inquiry for a specific vehicle. Melvin emailed me very quickly and offered to hold the vehicle while I drove an hour to get there. He actually held it for 90 minutes to account for traffic. When my wife and I arrived, we were promptly greeted and given complimentary bottled water. Melvin went to check on our reserved vehicle. There was a short wait but that was only because Melvin had already informed the service team that our vehicle should be detailed before we get there in case a sale was made. Melvin was very attentive to the fact that our time was valuable. He made every effort to speed the process along but not in a pushy way. In fact, he wasn't pushy at all! He was the most laid back, friendly salesman I've ever known! He actually was very reasonable when discussing the final price of the vehicle. He was warm and welcoming as well as educated on the vehicle that he accompanied us in on the test drive. He didn't get upset when I floored it! He was very transparent about all of the costs involved and possible interest rates, etc. Once we decided that we wanted to purchase the vehicle, he sent our information over to finance. Well we waited in the waiting area, Melvin sat and talked to us for a while like old friends. It actually made the time fly! Then David came and got us in rushed us through the purchase cycle. I inquired about potential he calling the bank to get a cheaper interest rate and he said it would not help. I could tell he had somewhere to be since it was the end of the day on a Saturday night so I didn't push. I did like the fact that he had everything ready to sign. From there we went back to Melvin's office and he explained very clearly the certified preowned deal that we were getting and then he walked us to our new vehicle! All in all it was a very fast and easy process. I definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman specifically. More

We were left with a totaled family car and only a few days of rental coverage to find a vehicle. After test driving 6 vehicles, we couldn't' find the right deal and encountered some shaddy salesmen. After connecting with Aaron on a van he had in inventory - he made the whole process run smooth for us. He was on time for our appointment, had the car pulled up, and had it spotless when we came to pick it up. This is how car shopping should be! Thanks Aaron, we'll be back! More

Very happy to date - thank you Chad Ritter. My personal experience has been so good that I brought my wife in for her new car purchase this past weekend. Chad Ritter was once again excellent, David Hill in finance was excellent, and she left a very happy customer. We all know that when Momma's happy, everybody's happy. Over the last 8 years or so, every experience I've had with 5 Star Ford (body shop, vehicle maintenance Service Department, Internet Sales and walk-in sales) has been excellent.
