Took car for oil change and tire repair. Everything was done and my car was washed. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is that when my car was ready it was hard to get someone t Everything was done and my car was washed. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is that when my car was ready it was hard to get someone to talk to about how to retrieve my car. ( I waited at the dealership while they did the work) I noticed some people got a personal message from some one who worked at the dealership and that person was taken care of all the way through. No one looked for me, I just got a text and had to track someone down. More

I have 2021 m550 is my first Inspection and they charge me 37 dollars and later on I saw the paper in my Windshield is 10 dollar I going back the guy told me my car is 3 years old I said I don't understand me 37 dollars and later on I saw the paper in my Windshield is 10 dollar I going back the guy told me my car is 3 years old I said I don't understand he told me because 2023 car is on the road It's got me so confused anyway he say give me free inspection next year but for me to say he wrong Why he don't just say i.m wrong.
