I loved everything about my experience with RALLY, I went there based on a referral after dealing with horrific service at the Bayshore Place, and somebody recommended me go to RALLY, when I went there I had there based on a referral after dealing with horrific service at the Bayshore Place, and somebody recommended me go to RALLY, when I went there I had the most amazing experience when I met with the sales rep David Huang. The entire process the entire communication made me so impressed that I did the deal with him. He was probably one of the best car dealership sales people I’ve met in a long time. He knows the car is very very well and communicates the entire process of the delays and basically does everything he needs to do to make the experience fantastic before you even have to ask him. He’s available whenever you need him and he is a fantastic connection. The finance guy was even friendlier if you can imagine, and I was blown away at the level of service and expectation that they gave us. Note that my husband bought a car from him and referred me to him and then I based on that interaction decided to get my brand new lease with him More

The dealership is filthy!! The seat at the salesmans desk was stained and dirty... the finance office was just as bad. I have seen cleaner furniture at a train station. The temperature outside was 90 degrees was stained and dirty... the finance office was just as bad. I have seen cleaner furniture at a train station. The temperature outside was 90 degrees and inside was 80!! This place is NOT the Rallye of yesteryear. They should be ashamed. Lastly...the only two seats in the dealership that are clean are by the receptionists desk but you are subject to breathing in exhaust fumes when they move vehicles around the showroom and out the door. No respect for the customers, no respect for themselves. More
