Once again the boys at B&B went above and beyond protocol for a car dealership. I asked him for a X5M Competition and they delivered with day 2021 vehicle with 5000 miles on it , still smelling like a new ca for a car dealership. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a foreign car stop in Benz and Beamer. Let’s not forget Morgan in service had my car clear braed in a day of two And he didn’t just do the typical quarter way up the hood. They did up to the windshield and the side mirrors..This is how dedicated my Salesman James is, he moved three blocks away from the dealership so if he has any calls or concerns from any of his recent customers he’s only a couple minutes away to satisfy any of their questions or problems. That’s customer serviced !!!! And the sales manager David is like an encyclopedia for cars. Any of the vehicles there or not , he’s more than happy to talk to you about it weather it be good or bad for your fit for your lifestyle and most of all he’s very competitive with his trade-in values not looking to gouge anybody!! This was the most transparent used car buying experience I’ve ever had. Seemed to provide the best option for financing off the bat. Only thing is, I’m not sure if it was just the time of day (after 5pm) but there seemed to only be one finance person working and we waited awhile (over an hour) until we signed and went through the paper work. Overall, I would shop here again and recommend to anyone looking for an honest experience and great selection of used cars. More
