Earlier this year, my father passed away suddenly and left our family with a brand new 4Runner that with CBB, it’s important to start with my story. Earlier this year, my father passed away suddenly and left our family with a brand new 4Runner that we could no longer use. Here we were with a 4 month old car, with jo use for it. Furthermore, we were having to worry about making the payments that we couldn’t afford. After visiting CBB, we were greeted like family. I explained the situation to John Swan, Danny, and Adam. They worked right away to offer us the most for the vehicle and gave a VERY generous offer. We couldn’t be more relieved and extremely grateful to all those we worked with. They took a vehicle that I wanted to trade in, that I didn’t have with me and they went ahead hospitality and a strong emphasis on customer service. The vehicle i purchased was spotless. They detailed it filled it, and filled gas. Not only was the salesman very helpful his name was Q. Also the general manager was just as helpful! He helped me every step of the way after it was time to finance and they treated me like a human being and not just a $! I’ll be buying my third vehicle from Benz and Beamer in less than a year probably. mainly because of the way they treat me. There’s a lot of dealerships that have nice cars but there’s more than just a car when you buy a vehicle. Its a big purchase.
