I have been with Palmer Dodge approximately 4 yrs. I have given strong positive reviews. Unfortunately, it feels like my customer loyalty is being taken for granted. Previously, an oil cap was left of I have given strong positive reviews. Unfortunately, it feels like my customer loyalty is being taken for granted. Previously, an oil cap was left off the oil pan. 45 mins later I am on side of the road oil everywhere. Palmer Dodge picks up truck and stated no real damage was done. Truck was returned but was not riding smoothly as it was before. Palmer Dodge takes truck again after I found oil everywhere underneath truck. David Keller added the Chrysler warranty, stated this warranty covers everything but brakes & oil tires. Fast forward- I took truck in because it’s riding hard and front end feels loose. Palmer said everything was good and nothing else. Moving forward to this service call. It does not appear I’m of any concern. $1320 quoted for radiator leak, new radiator replaced by a national automotive company $650. More

Did everything perfect, schedule, work and delivery. ..when I bought my Wrangler, I asked my salesman can we add steps that retrack and he said no problem he told me the price and asked do you want them ..when I bought my Wrangler, I asked my salesman can we add steps that retrack and he said no problem he told me the price and asked do you want them in the deal, then ordered them right when I took delivery on Jeep then had them on with in 1 week. After my vehicle was serviced and I pick it up I had to remove the plastic covering the driver's seat, the paper covering the floor on the driver's side. My tires safety lock was missing and I had to retur remove the plastic covering the driver's seat, the paper covering the floor on the driver's side. My tires safety lock was missing and I had to return to the dealership to retrieve it. This is the 3rd time that I have to return to the dealerhip to retrieve it my tire safety lock. More

Svcs tech tried to charge me for a warranty item, which is the only reason that I brought vehicle in. While I was there, another customer warned me that she had been charged for over $1000 of repairs th is the only reason that I brought vehicle in. I should have never returned to this dealership after my last experience. The service department is ignorant, and unprofessional. Their employee informed me that my lights were on for over 24 hours,, after sending my vehicle for an oil change, and general maintenance, a 300 dollar battery was also needed. Kimberly Keyes was the service advisor who tried to tell me her employee was mistaken..my question to her was why would he lie. She was rude, and unprofessional, and after spending 7000 dollars getting work done on my vehicle in the past 6 months, I expected to be treated better, but it is my fault, once a company shows you who they are, believe them, and take your business elsewhere✌🏽 More
