Once the vehicle arrived, Robert was able to assist with Financing through Toyota, providing a much better rate than my credit union. All of the options were selected, and all coverage options were offered and explained thoroughly. Daryl was briefed on the whole process, getting everything taken care of on the back end, and congratulating me on the purchase of the new vehicle. A painless process purchasing a vehicle, and support after as well. There appears to be a defect near my windshield (5 days into ownership), and some light body work may be required. A 5 minute visit is all it took for it to be reviewed, and awaiting a call back to schedule the repair. Great experience thus far and hope to continue doing business with this dealership and staff! I did this for two reasons; I was disappointed at the level of service from my closer dealership and, secondly, I was already a big fan of Lee and his crew from a prior sale. In fact, I also made several referrals to family and friends, based on my initial experience. After another outstanding experience, I wouldn’t even consider another dealership, no matter how far I hade to drive. When I started looking at new vehicles I was referred to Lee Burns at DCH Toyota by a close friend, Jim Consiglio who works for Toyota Motor Corporation. Lee took the time to meet and talk with me and my impression from both of these gentleman is that they are proud of the excellent reputation that Toyota brings and are committed to keeping up with that reputation of excellence and they along with the whole staff at DCH give you the time and effort that you would expect from being close friends and family. It has been a little over 1 month since I purchased a Tacoma TRD Off Road pickup and I have to say that I like this truck, it's big on features and attitude. Having been a police officer for nearly 30 years and a Sgt for most of that time and having served during the time that both Jimmy and Lee proudly served as police officers themselves their outstanding reputations have not diminished. I would recommend DCH Toyota to all my current and past fellow members of law enforcement and to anyone else who expects honesty and integrity. More
