Outstanding independent used automobile dealer I have purchased a number of vehicles from Bourne's Auto Center since they opened; as have several of my children. When you deal with these folks, yo I have purchased a number of vehicles from Bourne's Auto Center since they opened; as have several of my children. When you deal with these folks, you are dealing with professionals - at every level. From initial customer contact, through test drives, questions about vehicles - their advantages, disadvantages (yes, these folks are honest and tell you about limitations that vehicles have!), right through handling your trade-in, arranging financing to fit your needs ...it's like dealing with a good, trusted friend. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. For my money, there isn't a better car buying experience around! More

As far as dealing with the person who was registering my car and taking my payment he made the experience feel like it was an assembly line. I got the impression he really didn't like his job and was very lacking in his people skills. I called when I was returning to pick up the car later in the day and was then informed that they were still waiting to hear from my insurance company. I called my insurance company to inquire what the issue was and it seems that the dealership was having problems with their fax machine and it was not the fault of my insurance company at all. I felt the dealership should have followed through on their end to ensure that the required paperwork was completed as it was their responsibility not mine because I was the customer. I have always bought my cars from regular car dealerships and was always treated like they appreciated my business. Here at this dealership I just felt like a number. Perhaps it's because of their volume of sales but honestly, other than my salesman, the staff could use some customer service training. They need to realize that they wouldn't be in business if it weren't for the customer. More

ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! I just picked up a gorgeous Audi S5 convertible at Bourne's. The experience could not have been better. Flawless. I called David and arranged a tim I just picked up a gorgeous Audi S5 convertible at Bourne's. The experience could not have been better. Flawless. I called David and arranged a time to look at the vehicle. When I arrived, the car was pulled up front and ready to go. There was some initial confusion about the tires, but not only did the staff at Bourne's address the issue honestly and with integrity, they agreed to fix the issue at their cost. I then asked if I could take the car down to the local Audi dealer for an inspection. No problem. Before I knew it, they took it down the street and had the vehicle gone over bumper to bumper. There was a very minor issue with the car (hardly worth mentioning), which, you guessed it, Bourne's fixed for free. How do these guys make any money? I had been looking for this type of vehicle for years. The vehicle price was at least $5-$7K (!) lower than any other comparable vehicle in the area. And they gave me by far the most for my trade. More than I originally paid for the car! Dave - and then Shawn - ran around like crazy making sure the car was ready when promised. Even the general manager and the owner took a personal interest in my buying experience. Both Michael and Jason made the time to meet me when I arrived to close the sale. Their inspiring words sealed it for me. This was no ordinary dealership. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the driver side windshield wiper was missing. Even though it was after hours, Shawn found NEW wiper blades and had them installed immediately. Shawn apologized profusely. It was really no big deal. There was no rain in the forecast. Growing up in the projects in Worcester, MA, I never dreamed I would be in a position to own a vehicle of this quality. Bourne's made this dream a reality. I work with several high net worth individuals who live south of Boston and who buy cars more often than my wife buys shoes (which is saying something). I have made it a point to share my experience with as many of those folks as possible. More

Bourne's Auto Center I recently bought my Nissan Altima at Bourne's through David, and had a great experience! I had looked at lots of Altimas online, but everything I fou I recently bought my Nissan Altima at Bourne's through David, and had a great experience! I had looked at lots of Altimas online, but everything I found was out of my price range, had too many miles, or was older than I had wanted. This Altima had all the features that I wanted (sunroof, heated seats, leather interior), low mileage, and was within my price range. I was unable to find anything else online that gave me what I wanted at a price I could afford. Every other car comparable to this one was more expensive, so I was very happy to find this car. David helped make this a great experience, as well! He has been professional, friendly, and has answered all of my questions. He was able to take an owner's manual out of another Altima for me to have, since my car did not have one in it. He has also communicated with me in a timely, efficient manner through phone calls and emails. I was also appreciative that Bourne's had offered to touch up the paint on my car. The front bumper was a little scuffed, the rear bumper had a little paint coming off, and one of the side mirrors was not painted. I did not even notice any of these things, but they offered to touch up all of this paint for me for free. I am also so appreciative that they were able to get me financing. Bourne's works closely with many banks and was able to get me financing, even with my limited credit history and low income (I am a student). I literally could not be happier with my new car, and would definitely recommend Bourne's and David! More

Amazing price, amazing service, and trustworthy warranty! I recently purchased a 2010 SAAB 9-5 Aero from Bourn's through David. I can't say enough nice things about the experience. Bourn's (David) fixed eve I recently purchased a 2010 SAAB 9-5 Aero from Bourn's through David. I can't say enough nice things about the experience. Bourn's (David) fixed everything I pointed out. The car itself delivers the best driving experience I've ever had. It's smooth and powerful, yet has pleasing handling in the twistiest. It's hard to believe I purchased this car at such a low price! When the car refused to start a few days later, I started my own diagnosis and figured the car drains the battery even after being turned off. My first thought was that I'm screwed and Bourn's will not fix it. But the technician at Bourn's listened to my story about the battery drainage and did a very thorough analysis of the problem and came back with the results that It is normal for this car to draw a few amps from the battery for a few minutes, but then it goes to sleep and the will not drain the battery in sleep mode. Although I was a bit suspicious at the beginning, but upon further research, I learned that the technician was absolutely right about the issue. A new battery was installed free of charge. What can I say... Amazing price, amazing service, and trustworthy warranty. More
