Friendly low pressure sales staff. No haggling over fixed prices of vehicles. Cannot comment on negotiations on trade ins though-we did not have one. Test drives easy without sales staff present. Bourne's website was very useful in determining what vehicles were available as well as providing pertinent info about the vehicles. David Pair was terrific in terms of helping me narrow down which vehi vehicles were available as well as providing pertinent info about the vehicles. David Pair was terrific in terms of helping me narrow down which vehicle made the most sense for me based on my buying criteria. From a purchase & financing standpoint Andrew Gesner was very helpful in terms of walking me through the various paperwork & helping me choose an extended warranty. I would strongly recommend Bourne in general & David & Andrew in particular. More

By the time I went to visit Bourne, I was exhausted from interacting with traditional dealers. The negotiation games, the subpar condition of the cars, the hard sell. Bourne and my sales rep, Dave, were a b interacting with traditional dealers. The negotiation games, the subpar condition of the cars, the hard sell. Bourne and my sales rep, Dave, were a breath of fresh air. Their no haggle prices took so much stress out of the process. I test drove two vehicles -- alone. I didn't have a sales person in the car making a hard sell. When I decided upon a Lexus RX with high mileage I told Dave I couldn't buy the car unless they could confirm that the timing belt had been changed. It hadn't and Dave and the team right away offered to change it for me. Even post-purchase Dave replied to my request for a list of all the work the mechanics did. When Dave found extra keys, he immediately called me. Not only would a I buy a car from them again in a heartbeat, I am encouraging all of my friends to check them out. If you want a stress-free car buying experience, this should really be the first place you go. More

Bourne's Auto Center is the first place we think of when we are looking for a car. This is our second purchase this year and we highly recommend them to our family and friends. We are treated like family and David and Shawn are great. They helped us decide on which vehicle to choose by letting us try as many cars on the lot - going back for plates and keys with a smile. Take the ride to Easton if you are looking for a used vehicle. They have a great selection and the prices are great. Financing and registration was done right on site and we were ready to bring our "new" car home. Thank you David and Shawn for making out buying experience fun, easy and memorable. More

I was referred to Bourne's from a friend who has purchased from them in the past. I did not really know what to expect when I first went into the dealership. Upon arrival, I was not immediately accosted by sales people from every direction. The dealership was very busy and I asked for Mike Kelley who greeted me right away. Mr. Kelley put me in touch with his senior sales representative, David Pair. Mr. Pair was juggling at least 1 phone call and 2 customers and still took a moment to acknowledge us and apologized for the delay. Once we were able to meet with Mr. Pair, he listened to all of my concerns and allowed me to take my time looking over the cars that I was thinking of and made the process of taking a car for a test ride hassle free and easy. After taking a couple of cars for a ride, i narrowed the search to one vehicle, however the specific vehicle I wanted was unavailable for a test ride as it was being prepared for sale and not customer ready. I was told that I would receive a call when I could come and take the car for a test ride and on Monday early afternoon, I received a call, went and took the car for a test ride. The test ride revealed that the car needed an alignment but otherwise was perfect. I purchased the car, a 2006 BMW, my first BMW, and picked it up a couple of days later. The entire buying process was smooth, pressure free and the process of financing the car and purchasing the extended warranty, which I did purchase, was easy and the overall time that the entire process took to test ride and walk out the door with the car was no more that 90 minutes. I will definitely recommend Bourne's, David and Mike to my friends and family, in fact, I already have, and when the time comes for me to purchase another car, we will return to Bourne's again. Thank you to David, Mike and Andy for making this process easy and without pressure. More

We were in need of a good, quality used car and knew there were financial considerations. Searched the website for Bourne's Auto and found two cars. Replied by email and Michael said he wasn't available but that David Pair would assist us. We went to see the cars on Sunday and were happy that we were allowed to look around without being attacked by any sales people. We met with David, took the car for a test drive and fell in love! David was very knowledgeable about the car, the dealership and the services provided. We filled out the paperwork and met with the Finance Manager. He was also very easy to work with and we purchased the car and picked it up on Thursday. In less than a week, everything was taken care of and we had a newer car. I would highly recommend this dealership for their knowledge, great customer service and quality cars. A huge THANK YOU to David for excellent service! More

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They addressed a few very minor issues with the car I was purchasing and told me not to worry, they would take care of it. I just recently purchased a 2012 Mustang from Bourne's Auto and it was a wonderful experience! I'm always a little reserved about shopping for a car because around my area its mostly the stereotypical car Auto and it was a wonderful experience! I'm always a little reserved about shopping for a car because around my area its mostly the stereotypical car sales people who swarm you the moment you step out of your car and always "need to go talk to their manager" every few minutes when it comes time to buying the car. My experience at Bourne's was quite the opposite, it was the most laid back, customer-driven car buying experience I've had to date. My sales associate was David Pair and he was great, very prompt email responses to all of my questions that I had about buying the car and he was most friendly. There was a great price on the particular year/make/model that I was looking for, cheapest within 50 miles of me. Bourne's 'no-haggle' price is exactly that, no haggling needed or allowed hah. No worries though, price was great. Would recommend to all of my friends/family More
