Rare to find honest used car dealers, without the sleazy sales routines, Bournes is one of those rare dealers. They are upfront and straight forward, no sales pressure and relaxed atmosphere. By the time I went to visit Bourne, I was exhausted from interacting with traditional dealers. The negotiation games, the subpar condition of the cars, the hard sell. Bourne and my sales rep, Dave, were a breath of fresh air. Their no haggle prices took so much stress out of the process. I test drove two vehicles -- alone. I didn't have a sales person in the car making a hard sell. When I decided upon a Lexus RX with high mileage I told Dave I couldn't buy the car unless they could confirm that the timing belt had been changed. It hadn't and Dave and the team right away offered to change it for me. Even post-purchase Dave replied to my request for a list of all the work the mechanics did. When Dave found extra keys, he immediately called me. Not only would a I buy a car from them again in a heartbeat, I am encouraging all of my friends to check them out. If you want a stress-free car buying experience, this should really be the first place you go. More
