I had a very good experience in purchasing a used vehicle at Bourne. I was shown quite a few cars that were what I was looking for that were in my price range and filled the needs I had . My experience at Bourne's Auto was terrific, but that is not unexpected. I will not buy or service a car anywhere else. The sales process is completely no-pressure, customer service driven. The selection was well presented online and the lot was easy to manuever. We were free to browse the lot as much as we wanted and we did not have to talk to a sales associate until we were ready. They were able to answer our questions about the process of buying a used car and were good at articulating the important information. It seemed that they were understaffed at times and it could take a while for somethings. The storage facility is close and it is not a long wait for a car that is over there. More

I just bought an Infiniti from Bourne's Auto Center today, and my salesperson was Dave Pair. Dave was very professional and very helpful, and was very willing to listen to my concerns and work with me. today, and my salesperson was Dave Pair. Dave was very professional and very helpful, and was very willing to listen to my concerns and work with me. It explains the trophy on his desk, which proudly shows that he's sold over 2000 cars. My brief time with Shawn was also pleasant. Bourne's Auto Center is a "no hassle" and "no pressure" dealer, and they are true to their word. The vehicle I purchased was in good condition, and I was given both a really great price for the car I was buying, as well as a fair assessment value for my trade-in. Bourne's also offers solo test drives - basically, test drives without salesperson riding alongside. It shows that the dealership is built on trust, and by doing this, they show that they are willing to trust you. Great news, everyone - you can trust them, too. Good experience. More

On the customer service front, David was great - kept me up to date daily (sometimes more than once a day) on how the work was coming and so on. He worked with my insurance company to get all the paperwork up to date daily (sometimes more than once a day) on how the work was coming and so on. Work was done quickly and well - super happy that they had the car I was looking for! More

David was great! He was very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience with a car sales person who was not trying so hard to "sell" me whatever thay had to offer but rather seemed to just want to was my first experience with a car sales person who was not trying so hard to "sell" me whatever thay had to offer but rather seemed to just want to help me find what I was looking for. The entire process of looking for the right car, applying for financing, and purchasing the car was easy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Bourne's and David to someone looking for a good place to buy a vehicle. More

I found the entire experience at Bourne's much different from other car dealers. The employees I dealt were very professional, knew their job very well and helpful. I did not feel that I was being "sold" from other car dealers. The employees I dealt were very professional, knew their job very well and helpful. I did not feel that I was being "sold" but that they were assisting me in finding the right vehicle. David and Shawn were both very knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They followed up, got things done and I was able to get financed and pick up my new car within 48 hours. They answered every queston I had and were very patient. I was very impressed with both of them. The experience was completely stress free and they were great to deal with. I am also very impressed with the management. When I expressed concern about the tires on the vehicle I was given 4 new tires. That really made the difference for me. The price of the vehicle was fair although their policy is that their price was the bottom line and they would not discount at all. They did give me the new tires though which made the price fair overall in comparison to other vehicles I had looked at elsewhere. I have only had my new car for a week, but so far I am pleased with it. I would definitely recommend Bourne's and plan on going back for a car for my daughter within the next year. More
