I was looking for a Black Mercedes C 300 Sports version and still under factory warranty. I found online through autotrader that they had it in inventory. Drove there and met David Pair. I took the testdrive of the car and it was perfectly the car I wanted to buy. I reserved the car rightaway and worked with Shawn the Finance manager for the paper work and finalized the car in 15 mins of walking in. Everybody is nice and great people to deal with. Had a couple of minor issues with the car after I bought it, which they happily fixed it. Though i was equally responsible for that and should have checked it before buying the car. In short the overall experience was awesome and would definately recommend other friends and family to buy the car from there. More

I was referred here by a co-worker, who mentioned this place was incredibly affordable with fantastic financing options. I arrived looking for a specific car (Which had just sold) that I thought would be place was incredibly affordable with fantastic financing options. I arrived looking for a specific car (Which had just sold) that I thought would be suitable for my price range. David allowed me to look around and I was shocked at how much lower these sticker prices were than competitors in and around the area. This was a great experience, I got a Dodge Charger at an incredible price. The entire process took less than a day, they even handled the department of motor vehicles for me so I didn't have to. This is the second time I have bought a used car from Bourne's. Each experience has been stress free and enjoyable. Most importantly, I have loved each car: a Saab 9-3 and, more recently, a Volvo XC90. B Bourne's. Each experience has been stress free and enjoyable. Most importantly, I have loved each car: a Saab 9-3 and, more recently, a Volvo XC90. Both David Pair and Shawn Saunders took the time to answer my questions, some times multiple times. They were both friendly and patient. David returned my calls promptly, addressed any concern I had and delivered on everything that he promised. He is also an expert in calmly juggling several clients at one time while still making you feel you are still getting his full attention. Shawn took the time to explain financing and warranty options in terms that I could understand. Truly appreciated. Both David and Shawn instilled me with a confidence that, I feel, enabled me to make the right choice in a "new to me" car. The exceptional customer service, the excellent quality of the car and the no hassle experience were all appreciated, especially as a woman buying a car on her own. It has already prompted me to highly recommend Bourne's to several friends and family members. I know when it is time for another new car, I will be back. More

This dealership is one of the easiest ones I've ever worked with. I had a vehicle picked out and put my deposit down then later changed my mind. The salesman did not even hesitate to give me back my refund. I figured they would of tried to have me put it on another vehicle but I was wrong. I came back the very next day and picked out another vehicle test drove it several times and decided it was the one i was going to get. The salesman had all of the paperwork lined up and I was in and out of the "paperwork office" within 10 min. The amazing thing to me was that the salesman i was working with sold at least 3 cars to other people, all while he was helping me at the same time with out any inconvenience! I would highly recommend this dealership to someone else. More

The process of buying a car can be stressful, but David and the folks at Bourne's made it easy and painless. I called ahead to talk about test driving some cars and they were ready when I arrived to test and the folks at Bourne's made it easy and painless. The prices for the cars were competitive and fair, and the 'no haggle' style made the whole buying experoance even easier. I ended up buying ion the cars I test drove, and when I reurned today to pick it up, it was clean, thoroughly checked out and ready to go (On Time!). This is the 3rd car my family has bought from Bournes, and there is a 4th purchase in the works. The staff who answered the phones were very friendly as well. The website was well designed, easy to use and and was really helpful with the available models and information about each. It just could not have been any easier or more pleasnt. More

This was my second time buying a car at Bourne's Auto Center and I will do it again. I have never had a problem with the cars I buy there or getting in touch with staff. David Pair helped me out with fin Center and I will do it again. I have never had a problem with the cars I buy there or getting in touch with staff. David Pair helped me out with finding the car that I wanted and he was attentive even though it seemed like a very busy time at Bourne's. Whereas the prices are good at Bourne's I wish there was just a little bit of room to haggle. Overall it was a great experience. More
