I just purchased my 4th car from Bournes. They have a great selection, great pricing, and a no pressure/friendly environment. I would recommend Bourne Auto Sales due to the customer service. I was thrown into buying a car because I was in an accident which totalled my previous vehicle. My schedule is hectic and I had a short am service. I was thrown into buying a car because I was in an accident which totalled my previous vehicle. My schedule is hectic and I had a short amount of time given to purchase a new vehicle due to the insurnace company's car rental guideline. David Pair is the associate I dealt with. The car I purchased is a 2006 Lincoln Zehpyer. The car needed some work done before I could purchase it. David made it very comfortable to deal with the situation and he was very professional, polite and knowledgable throughout the entire purchase. David listened to what I felt the issues were with the car and was able to work with the service department until the proper repairs were made. If David wasn't so polite and professional, I don't know if I could have hung in there until the necessary repairs were made. Thank you David. Suzanne Fuller More

I found Dave to be very professional and interested in the type of car I was looking for. Also, Dave showed a great deal of patience. I test drove several cars and the same degree of professionalism was the type of car I was looking for. Also, Dave showed a great deal of patience. I test drove several cars and the same degree of professionalism was shown each time I said this is not the one; Dave would go to pick-up another key for another vehicle and place the tag on it. I find a customer service representative to above and beyond when he/she go to the length of going to another location to pick-up a vehicle for test drive without being sure if this vehicle will be purchased. I have already given Dave high recomendation to a friend who is looking to purchase a car late Spring. Cudos to Dave Pair. My experience was good i new the car I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Salesman didn't try to sway me either way showed us the car filled out the paperwork and done . David Pair was excellent to work with! No pressure sale and would buy another car here and with David if I needed to. They have a good selection of vehicles although some of the SUV's I test drove were ei and would buy another car here and with David if I needed to. They have a good selection of vehicles although some of the SUV's I test drove were either dirty, had noticeable dings on outside of vehicle or had noticeable wear and tear on inside. Happy to say that items I noticed that needed repair had been repaired upon delivery of vehicle that I purchased. One item I was not happy with was the trade-in-value for my car. Did not expect the low offer they gave me. All in all, it was a good experience as a woman purchasing a used car! More
