Overall Great Customer Service Bought a 2018 Subaru Forester Lester helped me every step of the way. No pressure to get into a higher trim level, or different car. I was hesitant because the whole process can be very stressful and long but Lester and staff were very straight forward and honest. The price sent to me is the price they stood by, which was also the cheapest price I could find. I would get another car from Freehold Subaru I really liked our sales rep, PJ. He was personable and made me feel very comfortable about buying the car. He wasn't the "pushy" type typically foun I really liked our sales rep, PJ. He was personable and made me feel very comfortable about buying the car. He wasn't the "pushy" type typically found at most car dealers. I sensed he truly was arranging the sale to get me the best deal possible. Also, it was a pleasure working the finances out with Dave Poyner. He showed me several available car warranty packages. Although I only took one of the offered plans, he did not press me to the point of making me feel uncomfortable. I certainly would consider purchasing another car from Freehold Subaru in the future. More
