Initially, the entire staff is very courteous and professional. James (Jim) took care of my questions imediately. Assured me the highest standards of service, care and treatment. I was promised a full "164 point inspection" and everything. Fast forward 2-3 weeks, and I need new tires, because these had worn down strange and caused a pull. 4 Bent rims, which was a nice surprise and it needed new brakes. Some inspection they did. They took full advantage of someone who was not a mechanic and completely sold me out. I would not advise going and I certainly will not be returning. They don't even return phone calls, voice mails or texts. Unbelievably bad customer service. They should all feel ashamed. More
