I have been a customer of this dealership for over 30 years. I have always been treated fairly by sales department and the maintenance department is honest and efficient even though ownership has changed years. I came to Kia and was working with Keyon, who was a great salesman. He was patient with me, accommodated, and listened to all my interest I wanted in my vehicle. Unfortunately, something happened and I could salesman. He was patient with me, accommodated, and listened to all my interest I wanted in my vehicle. Unfortunately, something happened and I could not get the vehicle anymore and all the departments worked with me and were very understanding and respectful! I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. Dan and Bob were patient, understanding, and very respectful. The dealership accommodated to my needs and worked with me and I left there happy and relieved. Rated 4 stars as their online leasing service doesn't seem to really forward their offers/uploads to the actual dealership. I shopped in North Jersey (have 2 previous negative experiences) and got so seem to really forward their offers/uploads to the actual dealership. I shopped in North Jersey (have 2 previous negative experiences) and got so sick of dealing with the sales rep that I landed on Bridgewater Kia since they offer an online leasing service. Went through that, and it made an "offer" based on submitting credit application, etc. Keyon called with an offer which I explained wasn't what the online leasing service offered. He asked me to forward the PDF to him which I did and they accepted. All in all, put down the deposit and that was really it. Keyon helped with showing us the car, test drive, telling us the features. (Did 0 negotiations with him but he was friendly and helpful; he also mentioned this was one of his simplest leasing deals) Dealership was big and spacious (good during these COVID times) and had a temperature check at the door. Finance side: He was great. Went through everything clearly and didn't do the annoying upsells on everything even when you say no..so great experience. Just dinging 1 star due to the lack of communication between the online service/dealership. Offer was different. 2. I uploaded my license (front and back) to online portal..and dealership didn't have it..which is concerning..since all my personal info was on there. More
