Dealership and service associates do a great job getting us in and out. My initial call was not so good. With transmmision problems i was forced to wait eight days befor service begun. I also was told that us in and out. My initial call was not so good. With transmmision problems i was forced to wait eight days befor service begun. I also was told that rentals are first come first serve. I was also not informed there is a 45.00 charge to rent. Did not matter i was there at 8am and was told no rentals are available. I waited and my service turned out to be only couple hours. More

Dave, the Service Manager, was AMAZING with helping me right when I got onsite. He not only saved me from spending money, he also thoroughly explained what batteries were appropriate to use and how my FOB right when I got onsite. He not only saved me from spending money, he also thoroughly explained what batteries were appropriate to use and how my FOB would work afterwards. The dealership I bought the car from put me on their schedule for another day, which would have left me stranded, requiring a tow and charged me unnecessarily. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car at Suntrup (Volkswagen - even though I'm a Nissan lover) knowing that Dave would be there to take care of them!!!!! Thank you again for being so kind, accommodating and truly listening to my concerns. More

Everyone was friendly and professional. I was worried I was going to have to wait for hours due to how busy they were but I was in and out in an hour which is fantastic!
