David tried to sell me things that I did not need. His personality should convey more to the friendlier side. I was supposed to pick my car up on Monday. Did not hear from him, and I called on Monday afternoon and they said he had gone home sick. I feel he should’ve called me that morning and said your car will not be ready. I travel over an hour to get to you. Quite inconvenient. I asked if possibly GM would help with the cost since this seems to be a common occurrence with these vehicles. He said I doubt it. I said could you at least try. I have dealt with Zach Moran in the past and been very pleased. I will definitely ask for him next time. More
