I highly recommend doing business with them if you are looking for a Subaru or Mitsubishi. MY EXPERIENCE: I started off dealing with David (Internet Sales). I dealt with David over the phone and by email and he sent me a quote. He was very responsive to all my questions, professional and friendly and never pushy. When I was ready to actually purchase the vehicle and close the deal I worked with Trevor (Sales Consultant), an outstanding employee. He was professional, friendly and handled everything for us, from filling out the application, arranging to have the front windows tinted, an extra I decided to have done before taking the vehicle, to making sure the car was ready when I wanted to pick it up. On the day of pickup Trevor spent at least 30 minutes with me going over all the features of my new car and helping me set up my Bluetooth (a feature I never had before) and downloading all my contacts from my iPhone. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. I loved working with Trevor. If you decide to do business with Sport Subaru ask for Trevor. Trust me you will not be disappointed and he will take good care of you. When we were ready to complete the sales deal we worked with Jonathan (Jon), the Finance Manager, another outstanding employee. He again was professional, friendly, answering all our questions about other options they offer and we never felt rushed. We spent about 2 1/2 hours at the dealership that day. We also found out that Trevor has worked for the dealership for 8 years and Jon has worked for them for 15 years - an excellent testimony for the dealership. Happy employees make happy customers! A strong incentive in dealing with this dealership is that they DO NOT CHARGE a dealer fee and they give a lifetime warranty on the Powertrain. Everybody we dealt with could not have been any nicer.
