No nonsense and straight forward process, got the price I wanted. Gil in Finance was informative and was able to come through with better then expected options in the end to help me be satisfied with my purchase. A Very Pleasant Overall New Car Buying Experience! Hector was my main point of contact throughout my car buying experience and he was great. Fantastic service from the first click on the site to get the internet price to finalizing the paperwork once the car arrived. Sport Subaru has probably the best internet service department that I've used for car buying and No Dealer fee. Our other quote, as we live much closer (2 miles to another to Subaru dealership), was quoted almost 6k more than Sport. Completely worth the trip! Love our new car. Thank you! More

This is the second Subaru I have purchased and both times I was stuck in the dealership waiting for paperwork to be completed. More

Beware of what the Finance Manager tells you Beware of the finance Manager there Gil Amir. We had come in with all of our documents for pre approval to purchase a new Outback. We were warned by Beware of the finance Manager there Gil Amir. We had come in with all of our documents for pre approval to purchase a new Outback. We were warned by our bank to not let them have you do another application because you are already good to go, all they needed to do is send in the buyers order and the contract!! Well Gil stated that it would be easier to just apply there and get it done quickly. We told him at that time, do they check your credit again, ‘ he said “ oh no they won’t check your credit again” well they did and it caused our credit to go down 5 more points!! We are very careful about hard inquiries on our credit because they stay on for 24 mouths!! we found out that the dealership gets a fee for applications done at the dealership!! Oh well lesson learned. We were very happy with Micheal, Meghan and David who helped decide to come to Don Mealey in Orlando instead of Orange park Subaru. I love my car but I am very unhappy with the dishonesty of Gil Amir. Lacinda Shore More

Dealership has poor communication If it were not for the kind, caring expertise of James Menzies and Gil, we would have not purchased a Forester Limited from your dealership and we wou If it were not for the kind, caring expertise of James Menzies and Gil, we would have not purchased a Forester Limited from your dealership and we would not recommend your dealership itself. In trying to communicate with Andrew Kitchens and David Roman, the majority of our phone calls were not returned or misinformation was given, particularly from Andrew Kitchens. Availability of the vehicle, misinformation regarding the arrival of the vehicle, misinformation with the VIN number and desired model, pressure for us to make our drive from Tampa to purchase the car before it was even there, mistaken emails; we could go on and on about Andrew. Thank goodness he was off the day we came in to cash purchase the car and he does not deserve any commission for our purchase. David Roman in particular did not return our phone calls several times as promised. James Menzies in contrast was so caring from the moment we arrived after a long morning rush hour drive from Tampa and he took care of our every concern and need. Gil very expertly took care of our paperwork and we were on our way home in less than 2 hours, we’ll before afternoon rush hour. The only reason we came to Sport Subaru Orlando was because the exact Crystal Pearl White Forester Limited with gray leather which we wanted was shown online to be shipped soon. We are most happy with our new Forester and the service from James Menzies and Gil. The rest of your dealership leaves much to be desired and communication with the customers needs improvement in every way. We bought a new 2017 Subaru Forester in Longmont, Colorado, at Valley Subaru and the sales service there was excellent and a world of difference from communication with your dealership. If it were not for James Menzies and his total care in selling us a car, we would be writing a very lengthy complaint letter to central Florida District Sales Manager Erin Kellem. Great purchase, reasonable and fair to both parties. Purchased new Subaru Forester. The experience was straight forward, honest and fair starting with David Roman’s internet price followed by David Sant Purchased new Subaru Forester. The experience was straight forward, honest and fair starting with David Roman’s internet price followed by David Santiago excellent handling of the purchase itself. I was both content and pleased if not surprised with the fair trade in price offered on my previous (#3) Forester. David Santiago did a great job putting the purchase together being both courteous, knowledgeable.and not in any hurry. I appreaciated David taking the time to point out and explain all the new features of the car including the other services available at the dealership. Last but not least was Gil Amir over in finance capping the purchase efficiently and clearly making for a happy day! More
