We arrived the following day to pick up the car and the car was detailed and gassed up for us. The finance manager was very friendly at first but his demeanor changed after we decided not to buy any of the six different warranty products offers to us. Hope, the lady that gave us an orientation of all of the vehicles tech and features, was very informative and fun. We left having zero questions about how anything in the car worked which was great. They’ve earned our future business even though we’re in Orlando and have other dealers closer to us. More
