A truly great experience buying our vehicle. From the start we were met with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Howard Kent was very patient in answering all our questions and showing us several cars be start we were met with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Howard Kent was very patient in answering all our questions and showing us several cars before we found our perfect match. Hope in the technology department was amazing in showing us all that our new car can do and left feeling very comfortable driving home and showing us the resources available to us. In the financing department, Dave was very helpful in showing us all the available options for extending our warranty and selecting special programs to protect our new investment. All in all, I would recommend Treasure Coast Lexus to anyone looking to purchase or lease a luxury car from Lexus. I hope to deal with these great folks in the future again. Very pleasant experience putting the purchase together over a couple of phone conversations and some text messages. Seymour was very prompt and courteous with communicating with me. We arrived the following day to pick up the car and the car was detailed and gassed up for us. The finance manager was very friendly at first but his demeanor changed after we decided not to buy any of the six different warranty products offers to us. Hope, the lady that gave us an orientation of all of the vehicles tech and features, was very informative and fun. We left having zero questions about how anything in the car worked which was great. They’ve earned our future business even though we’re in Orlando and have other dealers closer to us. More

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who worked to alleviate problems. They were responsive , calm and positive. However, the mandatory package inclusion of nitrogen filled tires, door handle protection plas problems. They were responsive , calm and positive. However, the mandatory package inclusion of nitrogen filled tires, door handle protection plastic and door edge protection strips of $399 each was unnecessary and expensive. All in all though, my experience was great and I love , love my Lexus RX More
