They are very professional and accommodating, They made me feel i important and made my experience with my recent purchase a pleasure to work with them both. I usually trade my cars in every 2 or so years and I will definitely be back to purchase my next Cadillac from them. I have bought many brand new cars in my lifetime and I would say that this dealership and their staff is the best I have ever worked with making a deal happen. This dealership in my opinion is the best in the business in selling Cadillac’s. I dove 5 1/2 hours just to buy again from this dealership. Everyone of the staff who works there from the Online Sales Rep., to a gentleman who just checked on me when he seen me sitting and waiting for an accessory for my car to be installed offering me coffee or water while I waited, he greeted me kindly and all the staff I met did whatever they could to make my experience with my purchase a pleasure. And again… for the excellent service I received the entire time I was there from Sales Rep. Scott Bernard, Sales Mgr Harry Boyer and The Finance Mgr Dan who I finalized the deal with. You all made my experience a pleasant one. I watched all the staff running around and getting things done efficiently, this business has an awesome staff and they all work together. I called from Occoquan Virginia proximately 2 PM to their dealership in Wilmington Delaware. Sales rep Bill help me find the car they had in inventory and agreed to a price within a short time. Arrived at the dealership approximately 7 PM and they closed at 8 PM. In addition to the car sale the dealership offered me a great deal on my existing car that I drove to the dealership. The entire team stayed after hours to complete the sale and get me on my way back to Northern Virginia. Amazing good experience from an out of town car dealership for me and my family. More

Scott was super accommodating and incredibly patient answering all of the questions we had about the vehicle and trust me he was not answering questions from a novice my husband is a GM retiree from the plant in Wilmington and traveled extensively to other GM plants during his career so he was knowledgeable about what questions to ask about this purchase. All of our questions were answered and the dealership was incredibly flexible and efficient about working with our insurance company and in providing great financing terms on the vehicle! We feel as though we have entered the dealership and our transaction with Scott as a consumer and left not only as happy customers but also as clients that are building a long term relationship not only with Delaware Cadillac but also with Scott.
