Service representative was very dry, as a customer you expect representatives to be polite and at least make you feel welcome and not like they hate their job. I bought my used Acura on this dealer and expect representatives to be polite and at least make you feel welcome and not like they hate their job. I bought my used Acura on this dealer and I bought the free oil changes until loan is paid for, we'll I was scammed, it turned out it was only 6 oil changes and not im stuck paying the package for 4 years. What a way to scam their customers, their inventory is great and their sales department is great, however I dont recommend buying anything extra or have your service done here. More
