My experience was good friendly and professional staff. I normally go to Johnson on Walton Way. I decided to try GMC on Washington road. Didn't really like the waiting area. Great experience with the service department when my water pump went out. Mr Charles took great care of me and postponed his vacation on Friday to make sure my Encore with the service department when my water pump went out. Mr Charles took great care of me and postponed his vacation on Friday to make sure my Encore was up and running David and Brian were always exceptional on the phone and in person to help as well. Frank Ward always makes a point to stop by and say hello. He is like family. I am in sales so my car is my office and essential to me making a living.
