We had a great experience working with Dave on the purchase of my first Lexus! He was very patient with us as we test drove a few models and gave us multiple options while considering what model we we purchase of my first Lexus! When we came back to finalize the purchase, he had little teddy bears for our girls, which was a thoughtful surprise. The purchase process was seamless and their tech team was really helpful getting me acclimated to my new car. I recently purchased a new Lexus. Simon was my salesman, and because my vehicle was shipping from Japan, it was a journey to get here! It was also a pleasure working with Dave in Finance as well as Tysean, the delivery specialist who walked me through everything I needed to know before taking my first drive! I had a recent visit to the Service Department for a minor wheel scuff (I am very grateful to Dave for highly suggesting the tire/wheel protection!). It has already rescued me and will teach me to stay away from the fast-food drive-thru! (I hit the curb turning the drive-thru corner.) That's where Adam, in service, comes in. Adam was personable, professional and answered all my questions without rushing me. Yes, this is a long review, but I wanted to cover everything! A shout-out also goes to Donna - the receptionist!
