Over the past few months we have been considering the purchase of a vehicle for our growing family. I am shockingly surprised at how this dealership is going downhill. The salesmen and their managers are RUDE. You ask to speak to upper management and they are never "in their office". I reserved a car and c downhill. The salesmen and their managers are RUDE. You ask to speak to upper management and they are never "in their office". I reserved a car and cancelled the next day, they did not refund my money for two weeks and then said "it must of slipped through the cracks". They are a bunch of scammers.
