It was an absolute pleasure working with all the wonderful folks at Sunset Ford of Waterloo! From the GM Pete Huetel, Manager Perry Webb, to the skilled mechanics Dustin and Lucas, and Luke Heck the wonderful folks at Sunset Ford of Waterloo! From the GM Pete Huetel, Manager Perry Webb, to the skilled mechanics Dustin and Lucas, and Luke Heck the porter did a great job making the Full Size Bronco ready for the road! Kyle Brewer sold me right away on the Bronco! It’s way better than a Jeep! All in all, a great team effort by Sunset Ford of Waterloo, I will recommend all of my friends and family for years to come! Salesman was good. Just a little disappointed when I found a big scratch on top of the cab ,first time washing the vehicle. Looks like someone touched it up with touch up paint! Friendly, kind and helpful staff at Sunset Ford of Waterloo Illinois. This was our 5th vehicle purchased at the dealership. Kyle Brewer helped us find the truck we needed for our company. We had quite Waterloo Illinois. This was our 5th vehicle purchased at the dealership. Kyle Brewer helped us find the truck we needed for our company. We was looking for an Escape and been to multiple dealers test driving them but they were a little to pricey. My wife was looking on line and seen Sunset Ford in Waterloo had a 2019 Escape and the price was test driving them but they were a little to pricey. My wife was looking on line and seen Sunset Ford in Waterloo had a 2019 Escape and the price was right. We went to sunset Ford and was met by Joe Hill who then showed us the car and told us all about it. Joe was friendly and very helpful and very kind. We then made the discussion to buy and we are very pleased with our new Ford Escape, thank you Joe !! More
