This was a terrible experience. I had been talking to this dealer for about a week about a truck and agreed to numbers etc. They told me it was mine and assured me it wouldn't be sold. I went by to see t this dealer for about a week about a truck and agreed to numbers etc. They told me it was mine and assured me it wouldn't be sold. I went by to see the truck and walked in and was told the truck sold "that day". I was told to come back the next day and they would make it right. This DIDN'T HAPPEN. Dell the "GSM" could careless about the situation and did basically NOTHING to try to fix their mistake. He stated "I'm not going to lose money selling a car". Even though it was their fault...instead of doing what is right...it's all about the money to this dealer. Even though we all know they are making plenty of money selling vehicles these days. Apparently customers mean nothing to them. I asked to speak with Sean the GM and was told "He will call you when he's ready." If I could give zero stars I would. More

Just bought a 2021 Ford Escape from Vito. He was quite the salesman. So down to earth, no hard sell, knows his stuff and treated us with respect. Super efficient process, no stress. I was referred to Colonial Ford by a family member and I couldn’t be happier. I picked up my 2021 F350 Superduty Tremor today. Between Glenn, Dell and Joey D. my truck was ordered to my specs, with a price couldn’t be happier. I picked up my 2021 F350 Superduty Tremor today.
