Easy and straight forward, pleasure to deal with I went into Colonial for an annual service on my Super Duty. The service team is great and always tries their hardest to get me in and get me out. While I was walking though the showroom I saw the new EcoSport. I also was greeted a few times and met Jake Eldredge. Jake isn't a pushy, high pressure salesmen, more of a consultant and educator. Long and short, the car I was going to trade in wasn't onsite due to my truck being in service. The car was pulled up, showed, drove and when it came to the painful part of negotiation, there was none. He was a gentlemen and negotiator at the same time. We put the deal together in a few minutes and none of that back and forth or, "If I can do this, if I can do that would you buy today, give me a credit card to hold, etc."... When it came time later that day to bring the trade back, and my mother...everything was ready. Easy, no time or lagging. No, a car dealership or any business isn't perfect and has issues, but Colonial Ford, Jake, Dell and service has a heck of team. As you know, there's many places where you can buy your car or truck, all dealers pay the same from any manufactures. What you should be shopping for is service, trust and commitment for the road ahead. See you in the spring for a Ranger. More
