The management, Joe D. and Dell R., provided clear instruction and were pleasant to deal with. Greg R. handled the financing procedure splendidly. Winston B. has the right attitude; a short conversation and he sent me in the right direction. Joe M. helped me out when I brought my car to be detailed. I'm pretty sure he was on break at the time, but he offered to help and followed through with it. I probably missed someone, but overall the staff at Colonial Ford are friendly and eager to help.
