This is the 4th car I have purchased from this dealership. It tops in service of all other dealerships so for as dependable work and quality. Their salesperson left work twice himself to assist me when I was trying to see if I understood how to use a charger where you pay instead of charging at home as I was going on a trip. I could not get the charger to release and another person tried and could not either. I called Demetreius, the sales person, asked him what to do. He said you are just 3 minutes away and he was there in 5 minutes and got it to release. A few days later I had a flat tire and could go no further without ruining the rim. I called AARP and they said without spare, my car would have to be towed. Again , I called Demetreius to see if my new EV6 had a spare and if Kia’s roadside service would either repair the tire or bring one . He said he would call me back. He said he had the answer and would be right there and I was about 12 miles away. There was something in my car that he got out that put enough air in my tire to get it back to the dealership for them to replace the tire. He followed behind to be sure I made it back before the tire got too low to drive. I love the dealership but this salesperson is the main reason I keep coming back. He is honest and everything he has ever told me has proven to be true. More

I cannot say enough good things about Cef and Moritz Kia Hurst. This was my first time car shopping and buying a car, and it went smoother than I could have imagined, especially given that people always see Hurst. This was my first time car shopping and buying a car, and it went smoother than I could have imagined, especially given that people always seem to describe the experience as an ordeal. With Cef, it was the complete opposite! He was so friendly from the moment I met him, and his only goal was to find me a car that fit my needs that I really liked. I wasn't sure if I wanted a sedan or a crossover, and he was great about showing me a multitude of used options since that's where I was looking from a budget standpoint, and he let me test drive a bunch of them. It was a really busy day, but he made a great effort to get all the keys we needed so that I could thoroughly evaluate all my options. At one point, I did look at a new sedan for comparison, but he never pushed me to buy that more expensive car versus any others. The entire process just felt like a conversation between us, never a sale. I was a bit indecisive since this was a big decision for me, and Cef was completely understanding when I left to grab lunch and consider the options. When I came back, he jumped right back into things with me, and I did a final look and test drive of the 2016 Kia Optima I ultimately purchased. I am beyond happy with the experience, and I absolutely love the car I came home with. And who could forget the Moritz Promise?
