I would never recommend or ever do business with this dealership ever again. The service manager was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, and I have worked in customer service for 8 years! They are the type of dealership that once they get the sale they don’t keep their word on things they said they would fix. If you want updates on your car you need to call they never give calls back and the list goes on. Worst experience in buying a car I’ve ever been through and Rueben the sales manager shouldn’t be a manager. He is rude, cocky, and doesn’t want to do his job. More

I’d give zero stars if possible. Last month I purchased a 2012 BMW X3 and have still not received the permanent plates. The dealer won’t return my calls or voicemails. By Monday I won’t be able to drive the car because the transit registration they gave me will expire. An absolutely terrible situation which is probably going to result in a lawsuit against them.
