Drove by Napoli Kia just to brainstorm the likelihood of leasing an suv. No intention to buy just to compare and evaluate-assess the various dealers with their diverse offers. Napoli Kia, Boston Post Rd, Milford,Ct was my second stop; as I opened the door almost simultaneously i was greeted and welcomed in ‘highly spirited fashion by Denis and despite telling him that my visit was just to brainstorm the process of leasing a vehicle, he introduced himself in such an: articulate,empathetic,informative and resourceful manner that it was hard to resist the offer which became a mystery in accomplishing my wish. A mysterious deal was met and I am thankful to Napoli Kia of Milford,Boston Post Rd.Ct for their hands on ,articulate and professional approaches in creating deals which initially appeared hopeless. I can now drive a 2023 Kia Sportage and in comfort.

I bought a car a month and a half ago and the day I went
home the interior cabin lights didn’t work went back 2 times since the first time they said they fixed it and it wasn’t fixed. The second time I went
home the interior cabin lights didn’t work went back 2 times since the first time they said they fixed it and it wasn’t fixed. The second time I went back took off from work and they said they had to keep my car. I said I had work and they stated they would call Kia corporate to figure out how to fix the problem they said they would contact me in 72 hours. I called a week after woman stated she would call me back after talking to a technician. It’s been 3 weeks no call the light started working by themselves but I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. It seems no one cares after you spend your money and buy a car.
