The service center solved the issue regarding the engine light indicator by changing the oil. They did not charge me for oil change which is appreciated. My issue is that service department and sales do not light indicator by changing the oil. They did not charge me for oil change which is appreciated. My issue is that service department and sales do not communicate or are intentionally misleading me. I have an issue with my vehicle that was supposed to be taken care of by the dealership, however because I didn’t get it in writing from sales, service wants to charge me for an issue that was prevalent at purchase.
