So last week I took my car in for a regular checkup, oil change, tires, the whole nine. I was greeted by Denise Rice and Lori (Comini?) in the service department. Denise immediately go me into a rental car, change, tires, the whole nine. I was greeted by Denise Rice and Lori (Comini?) in the service department. Denise immediately go me into a rental car, no questions asked. I got a phone call that my car was done, maybe an hour later??? Lori ran me through everything that was done to my car and answered any questions I might’ve had. I had mentioned to Denise wanting a new car since I’ve had this one for close to 5 years. Denise led me straight to Nicole Marden and Sean (Lumiboa?). Nicole was the warmest sales person I have ever met. This was potentially going to be the first time I was going to ever buy a car! Nicole and I roamed around looking at cars in my price range but nothing was jumping out at me. Nicole gave me her business car with her number on it and told me if I find any cars I like to send her the info and she will be on it for me. After maybe linking her 6 cars I found the one. Nicole went into work the next day and immediately snagged the keys to my new car and started the paperwork. I sent her all of the information she needed and told me to come in and sign my life away (lol). I bought my very first car from Manly Honda and it was the most painless and joyful experiences of my life. What I thought was going to be a regular check up on my other car turned into me buying a brand new car. I will forever return to Manly Honda for any of my cars needs. I have never met warmer sales people and service people in my life. I recommend Manly to everyone I come across and I’m proud to say I bought my very first vehicle from Manly Honda. More
