I visited the Heritage Subaru Catonsville Dealership for an oil change as I normally do. Brent Jones Jr. was my service advisor. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I've purchased 5 Subarus from this dealership beginning about 1999 or so. May has helped find the right vehicle for me in all of the situations. When I think of Subaru & great service, the first name that comes to mind is May Farris. Over the past 6 years, I have been involved in purchasing 8 vehicles for myself & my family from May. I came in to get my tire patched, to my dismay I need a whole new tire. I was so disappointed , however my service was exceptional! Wes , Lyle, Dennis, Mance and Kyrell were great! May made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. In the last 8 years I have bought 6 Subarus & only from her. She is very professional, courteous, & direct in her sales techniques.
