I wanted to share my experience at Advantage Hodgkins. I came in to see a truck and was helped by Hugo Zarco, who speaks both Spanish and English. He was friendly, professional, and not pushy at all, which we really appreciated from the very beginning. He was quick to get us driving the truck we wanted to see and answered all of our questions promptly. We felt that the negotiations were fair, and we also had a trade-in that we were happy with — the amount offered felt very reasonable. I waited to write this review until I saw how long it would take for the dealership to pay off our trade-in, and I’m happy to say it was handled within a week of the sale. We also came in with our own financing, and I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first since some dealerships try to push their own financing or discourage outside lenders. Advantage Hodgkins did not do that at all. They respected our choice and made the process smooth without any pressure, which we truly appreciated — especially after having different experiences elsewhere. Their finance person, Dennis, was also wonderful to work with — very transparent and not pushy when explaining optional add-ons. We truly appreciated that as well. We’re very happy with our new truck and the entire experience. We’ve purchased from Advantage in Bolingbrook before and had a great experience there too.
