Due to our situation, this was a tough deal but Cyril did it. And Dennis, Omg! Fabulous! Right before going in to sign the financing documents, I said to my husband "this is the part that I dread"...really, who likes signing their life away?! But from the moment we walked in Dennis made the atmosphere none-intimidating. He was very friendly and even gave advice on how to increase our credit score so that when we come back for another car or to refinance(hint, hint) things will be a lot smoother. I appreciate the personal touch because neither Cyril nor Dennis are required to offer the advice that they did but they did. Our credit isn't the worst but it's not the best. Dennis and Cyril both reassured us that if we follow the steps given all will be well next time...and we will and it will! Long story short, GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Brigitte F. More

Pablo was patient and came up with options to help meet my needs and we agreed on a used car price fairly quickly. This was my first used car purchase, but after checking other dealers, I was sure I was getting a good deal. Dennis was also patient in my panic over the interest rate and monthly costs and come up with a way to get my payment to where I needed it on my terms and was very pleasant, assuring me that I was not as much of a pain as I felt like I was being. When it's time to upgrade, I will definitely be back!! More
