Salesman and I agreed on the price of the car and salesman agreed to lower the cost of the doc fees. Went to the finance office price of vehicle went from the agreed price and doc fees were on the fi salesman agreed to lower the cost of the doc fees. Also finance manager became angry agitated and raised his voice because I refused to purchase their gap and warranty. after all was signed he walked me over to cashier and walked away without a simple thank you for your business. Also was told that the car was going to be detailed, funny when I got into my new purchase the interior was not cleaned other than vacuumed and the outside was washed. All of this just showed me this dealerships true colors. A family business that has no problem lying through their teeth and then act ignorant to customers who chose to not take their false promises. Never going to shop their again, also never sending friends or family members there again. Thank you for confirming the lying unethical individuals you truly are. More

Hats off to Brion Parrish & Dennis Reily! I went into Chevy on a Saturday morning for an oil change on my Chevy Trax, and walked out with a new(er) car. I had asked to speak with someone about I went into Chevy on a Saturday morning for an oil change on my Chevy Trax, and walked out with a new(er) car. I had asked to speak with someone about possibly trading my car in, and Brion walked up and right away I knew that I was going to like this guy. He introduced himself and asked me some questions pertaining to my current car, and what exactly i was looking for in something new. He showed me multiple cars, and we came across my Lucille (a red chevy Equinox)! I automatically fell in love, and started picturing myself in this car. When i had to meet with Dennis in financing, he made it very clear as to what i was signing, and answered all of my questions. Dennis was very educated and didn't make me feel as if i was signing away my soul. Haha. Needless to say, after everything was said and done, and all the paperwork was filled out, i went home in my new car. Thanks again to everyone at Chevy in Hodgkins, and especially Brion and Dennis! More
