Even though Derek knew he had a sale, he gave myself and my wife his full attention the entire visit, he even let the receptionist know who we were and the trip we took from Austin. He explained all the features of the car and my purchase. He had the car fully washed and shined after it rained in Dallas the day before. Derek made the whole car buying experience enjoyable. Finance was also very pleasant, the officer had only one up-sell, which was for an actually reasonably priced extended warranty. Usually dealerships have multiple up-sells, so one was not bad and the officer politely took no for an answer. The parts and accessories department was great too, with a great display and low prices compared to other Subaru dealerships. The ONLY reason I rated this dealership 4 and not 5 is because Austin Subaru has a staffed coffee/espresso bar, which is world class. More
